Works have begun on the conversion of the former hospital to develop 57 dwellings which will comprise of seven new builds and fifty mixed two and three bed houses.

The Towers, Leicester

 

We are delighted to have recently been awarded another refurbishment scheme, The Towers. 

Situated in Leicester it is adjacent to another one of our current developments, Hine Park; the former nurses home will be converted into a retirement living facility with 40 modern rooms.

Works will entail the renovation of the original three storey structure and the construction of a new three storey infill structure following the demolition to the rear of the existing building.

The client is keen to retain existing features such as the grand staircase & the beautiful windows and we will ensure the handsome building is returned to it's former glory.

The development has already began and is scheduled for completion in summer 2019.

The Waterside, Nottingham

In an excellent location the former Civic Centre is situated between the Trent Bridge Cricket ground & Nottingham Forest Football stadium. J A Ball are extremely excited to have began works on the existing building which is set to be transformed into one, two & three bed luxury apartments also including offices and restaurants.
