14 Deacon Street is situated to the south of Deacon Street & the south west of Leicester city centre, just off the Leicester inner ring road.

Consisting of two halves, one half being two storey and the remainder being four storey, the original Victorian structure was constructed back in 1893 purposely built for machinery & warehouse uses. Thus making the planned conversion into 58 new student apartments perfectly suited for residential use in a beautiful building which has stood the test of time.
